ORC Winter Series : Triple Crown for Winter
New this year for the ORC Winter Series will be a three-race event, over the first three weeks of the series. Runners must run all three races to be scored. Runners will receive scores based on their race finish. First place - 1 point, second place - 2 points, and so on. At the end of the first three races, the runner with the lowest score in the three combined races wins. Prizes will be given out to the first three male and female finishers. (Tie breaker will be lowest cumulative time and, if necessary, fastest time in one of the 4 mile races)

The first race of the series will be a four mile race (two loops around the park). The second race of the series will be a single loop, two mile race. Should be a good test for all the "sprinters", with an exciting finish. The third race will return to the four mile race.
